These Terms govern your access to and use of the IPTV4ME website, content and services (the “Service”). The service we provide

IPTV4ME provides access to streaming content over the internet. A stable broadband connection is required. We recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for stable 4K streaming. We do not host, store or own any of the content delivered through the Service, and we are not responsible for the content made available by third-party providers.

Your account and credentials

Where use of the Service requires credentials, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.

Each subscription is licensed for one connection at a time unless you have purchased a multi-connection package. Sharing, reselling or redistributing your credentials is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems or other users’ accounts.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Intellectual property

These Terms do not transfer to you any of our intellectual property or that of any third party. All right, title and interest in and to such property remains solely with us and our licensors.

Third-party services

In using the Service you may interact with software, applications or services developed by third parties. Any use of a third-party service is at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by, or in connection with, the use of any third-party content, goods or services.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that we neither own nor control. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website, and we recommend you read the terms and privacy policy of any site you visit.

Payment and renewals

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period selected at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in euros and may change at any time, though a price change will never affect a subscription you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to end your use of the Service, you may simply stop using it. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We and our suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. You obtain content through the Service at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will give notice by posting on this website or by contacting you directly, and we will aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
